9XX Research offers SmartAuto4, an add-on for your PCM3.1 to enable Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is designed from the ground up for Porsche vehicles to preserve all PCM factory functions perfectly, including HD-FM, Sirius XM, USB audio, Jukebox, CD/DVD, backup/surround cameras, park sensors. It is also ready for both factory and 9XX approved front and back camera, and USB MP3 audio and MP4 video. The processor box runs at a nominal temperature of only 99°F or 37.2°C so that it will not burn carpet or parts near it’s surroundings. This is why we are able to use plastic instead of metal casing. You can also play mp4 videos on it using a USB drive. This new version supports Wireless Apple CarPlay, AirPlay, Android Auto, and Screen Mirroring.

Professional installation is required. By purchasing, you have agreed that professional installation has been secured and that sales of electronics are final and cannot be returned for refund.

Each SmartAuto4 is custom programmed per VIN provided and it takes 5 business days to process. Please allow extra time if VIN has errors.
